oily skin serum
The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% & Zinc 1% has been using this product for about two years now and I'm really satisfied with it. I typically apply it in the mornings since it effectively controls oiliness. It does feel a bit sticky on the skin initially, but that fades out pretty quickly. The only thing is not to apply this serum on broken skin.
Balanced, clearer skin in a bottle
The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% is a well-formulated serum that delivers noticeable results without overstretching your budget. Designed to help balance sebum production and improve skin clarity, it’s become a trusted part of my skincare routine. With consistent use, I’ve seen a visible reduction in redness, fewer breakouts, and a more refined skin texture. The formula is lightweight, absorbs quickly, and layers well under moisturiser and SPF. While it may tingle slightly on sensitive skin at first, that usually fades with continued use. Overall, it's an excellent option for anyone dealing with uneven skin tone or congestion — simple, effective, and backed by ingredients that make sense.
Really helps my oily skin!
This product is affordable but effective. Has definitely reduced the level of oil on my skin. It lasts a good while before needing to be replaced. I would recommend this
Must have!
Generally such a must have in daily skincare routines. Personally, i use niacinamide in my night-time routine, the generally quite a thick serum but it has prevented so many of my acne breakouts and general imperfections such as clogged pores etc. Such a staple!!
Good product
I have used this product for the last few years, its a great budget friendly serum. My skin is less oily when using and my pores are minimized. Prior to using, my skin was quite dull in appearance but this serum has helped my skin appear brighter.

Good on a budget
Good for a budget niacinamide. I use this daily to help with dark spots- it has reduced these slightly. Goes well with other products and fits nicely into my skincare routine.
Alternative to retanol
Great alternative to retinol if you are pregnant or struggle with sensitive skin. I’ve found it works just as well. It doesn’t have a smell and goes on nicely after cleansing and toning. I use twice a week on an evening
Good budget niacinamide
This is a nice formula and a good budget option if you want a niacinamide in your routine. A relatively thick serum but layers nicely under moisturisers and doesn’t pill.
Ordinary
This is a really really good product but it can sometimes dry your skin out! I do have combination skin though so it could possibly just be one of these products that don’t always agree with me.
