No effect
I tried this because I’ve been overheating at random, which I’m guessing might be to do with approaching menopause. I didn’t notice any difference at all, but I suppose everyone’s different… just make sure you’ve got a really big glass of water if you try these, they smell nasty and leave an appalling taste in the mouth. Didn’t do it for me, but I hope they work for you :)

Excellent
I used these tablets after being recommended by a friend along with Sage Tablets. Really helped with hot flushes and mood swings (I didn't cry as much !) and I could get a good nights sleep. I bought them from Holland and Barretts.

Goodbye sweaty nights
Really have noticed a massive difference since using these tablets. I don’t seem to get so sweaty at night at I feel I sleep better and not wake up dripping wet

Good all-in-one helper.

Good for a while
They really do help in the beginning but if you have a long early menopause they stop working.....also u need extra for your bones!!
