The BPH Blood Pressure Health caplets seem to be working. I like the fact that this a drug free product. I'm also trying to watch my diet and reduce my salt intake, so maybe ital's a combination.

Supplement for BPH
My blood pressure is usually within a good range which made me a good candidate for this dietary supplement. Drug free and a good blood pressure support, I was able to take 2 pills a day throughout the course of using the product. The key point of this supplement is maintaining healthy blood pressure levels as well as supporting artery health. This package would last a month if taken every day. I felt I got into a good routine taking the pills early in the morning to maintain a good blood pressure balance.

Helps maintain good BP levels
I take two of these per day, as recommended. After taking them for 14 days my blood pressure is still a little high, but lower than before I started taking them. These contain beetroot juice powder which is good for the blood pressure. I will continue taking these because they do help somewhat.

BPH Blood Pressure Health Drug-free
This supplement may be great for dealing with high blood pressure. The serving of two caplets daily is easy to manage. The caplets are small enough to take both easily at the same time. I'm not sure of the effectiveness of this product for the short time that I tried it (15 days), but it may be great long-term. I wish the product was actual beet root powder instead of beet root JUICE powder. You lose the fiber content that would make this healthier for digestion.

I think it’s working
So first off…the pills are very easy to take (I usually have trouble when it comes to taking pills). I also like the fact that they are drug-free and have the beet formula (which I have been trying to incorporate more of into my regimen). Now for my pressure…I feel as though it has been helping to regulate my overall bp. I did however have 2 incidents where my pressure did spike but…that was early on when I started soO don’t believe my system had time to adjust.
