Works wonders!
Great vitamins to help replenish my body and make me feel wonderful. My hair and nails have grown greatly.

Hard to rate
Personally, I did not feel a difference having taken these post child birth so it is difficult to rate. However, per my OBGYN and reading related health articles on this particular vitamin they are excellent for essential nutrition pre and post birth.

Good prenatal
I feel like it's somewhat hard to review vitamins as it's not like you can see them working. I didn't have any adverse effects from them. my nails and hair didnt get dry or brittle while using them. The pills are the same size as many other prenatals i have taken. The ingredients are similar to most others. some percentages are higher, some lower. i do like that there is no corn syrup or sugar in these vitamins. i would say they are good if anyone asks. i wouldn't steer them away. i don't think they are "top of the line" quality though.

Too much pill for me to handle!
These gels are nice in that they do not have a taste and they're pretty smooth. I like all of the benefits of them (i.e., there are a lot of vitamins in one of these little guys). However, they are hard to swallow because they are just so big. They remind me of the awful iron supplements I have to take when I'm pregnant. And, I literally could not swallow them on at least 3 occasions and ended up just regurgitating them into the sink. I'd love something like this in a much smaller pill form.

No after taste
I am not very good at taking pills and definitely hate the taste of prescription prenatal vitamins but these were pretty easy to take down and didn't leave the nasty after taste like prescribed ones did. I have shared my thought on the product with a friend and showed her what they looked like and she recently bought them beings she has the same dislike of the after taste with prescription ones.

Easy to take, good nutritional content
The pills were easy to swallow and had very little taste/odor (important for morning sickness). Nutritional content was good, pretty standard for a prenatal vitamin.

PERFECT for those nauseous mommas
I have hyperemesis gravidarum during my pregnancies so a prenatal is Even more important for me. BUT Im stay so nauseous and throw up so often- it’s hard to get one down and one to STAY down. Right here though- this is it!

Enfamom Prenatal Softgels are the best.
The Enfamom Prenatal Softgels 30 count were easy to swallow with no bitter aftertaste.My nails and hair definitely grew a lot faster than before I started taking the Enfamom Prenatal Softgels and there was no upset stomach.I highly recommend these prenatal vitamins.
