Weight loss pills
I received my Equate healthy weight management vegetable capsules to try out for 30 days. To be honest I didnt make it 30 days. It states to take 3 pills 30 minutes before each meal. Which is 9 pills a day, the pills are rather large. I just felt overwhelmed honestly trying to take 3 of these large pills before my meals, it was just too much. I tried this product for 2 weeks and I was just over it. I didnt notice any weightloss, there was just too many pills to take everyday. Grateful for the opportunity but it just wasnt for me.

I received Equate, Healthy Weight Management, 90 Veg Capsules in exchange for my honest feedback. I've been taking these for several weeks and have definitely noticed a change in my appetite! I tend to overeat, especially at night, at these have helped curb my appetite. I don't have a scale to weigh myself, but I do feel my clothes fit better. I tend to be quite skeptical with products like this, but I feel these are actually working! I would have given this product 5 stars, but the size of the pill makes it very difficult for me to get down. I wish the capsule was about half the size. Overall a great product at a great price and I'd 100% buy them again.

My belly was full
When taking the Equate Healthy Weight Management Capsules 30 minutes prior to eating my appetite was definitely curved. I felt full a lot faster. Without changing exercise or diet, only adding these capsules, I lost 8 pounds in a month. My only complaint is having to take 3 capsules. I took effort for me to continue taking them as directed simply because I had to to take so many at a time. I would recommend them if you are committed to taking them as the bottle suggests.

Nice design
These are pretty nice supplements they definitely help with suppressing your hunger. not the type of suppression when you're cramping like crazy, but a decent surprise it where you can feel like you're full. Its a plus its vegetarian....Great product to try for yourself.

Equate healthy weight management support
I found this supplement to be beneficial for me as I have tried the leading brand lipozene in the past and with similar benefits I thought if lipozene didn't work for me how would this supplement work but little to my surprise equate actually works. I tried it for a month with little exercise and eating normally 3 meals a day. I didn't experience any side effects either which was a bit of a concern for me. That's definitely a plus. I have lost 9 pounds in 30 days. Definitely worth a try. I will be going to my local Walmart to pick up this months supply. Good luck to anyone trying to lose weight and get healthy. Give this a try.
