Liquid I.V.- Hydration Multiplier Electrolyte Drink Mix Passion Fruit

These Liquid I.V. Packs are amazing! They taste great and hydrate better than anything else I’ve found. I love that one pack dissolved in water is close to 3 bottles of water and it’s a great way yo get a boost of B vitamins. I also really like that they aren’t packed with sugar like most sports drinks and they actually quench my thirst, rather than make me thirstier. Definitely a winner!

I have been recently loving Liquid IVs and drinking it after each workout to replenish my hydration. I love the passion fruit flavor especially. I do feel better after each time I drink a packet which is amazing!

I really wanted to love these- especially while breastfeeding in summer. I’m not a fan unfortunately as the only thing I could taste was the salt content. Pedialyte is similar with the overly salty flavor as well and it’s a struggle to get through it even at their coldest temp (I drank this in my ice cup for a fair review only personal requirements- I can’t get my kids to enjoy either of them. I didn’t explore past that first flavor though, and none of my kids enjoyed even a sip. Maybe there’s a good flavor in there but for the cost I would be pretty disappointed if they all turned out similar. Though I did drink a full 40 oz cup of it, I would say hydration benefits were similar to other competitors. If people like it flavor wise, I’m all for them choosing something they enjoy in order to stay hydrated. I imagine it is a blessing for nursing mothers trying to get through the new born stage most definitely. It’s an easy grab and go- I just couldn’t justify it personally for me

Cannot tell you how much Liquid IV helps to hydrate, especially after a long night on the town. If you drink, these are perfect to help curve those dreaded hangovers. When I drink these after a workout, I feel replenished.

I have a hard time drinking water but these make it easier the packets are small and convenient, and then you do feel hydrated plenty from one pack and it’s flavored, so I would recommend to people that have a hard time drinking water on its own.

I love Liquid IV. I’ve tried several flavors and passion fruit is one of my favorites. I like that it’s in a single serve packet that easy to grab and go. I brought them with me to the hospital when I had my son and it was nice to have available instead of just water.

My experience with the liquid IV is actually good.In summer months I'm more prone to get dehydrated. The taste is not bad at all and really keeps me hydrated on those smothering hot day's.

I bought a variety of this because I use crystal light or pedialyte. Some flavors I admit are good but most like the lemon or lime zest or peach was not good at all. Will stick to my original products.

I've used this after a night of drinking as well as during cold and flu season and it does what it claims. You can feel hydration almost immediately

Tried other flavores before and hated them. My aunt gave me these when I was unable to keep anything down and they are amazing.

If you can get past the taste then it's a great product for hydration. It just taste awful and I don't reach for it because of that. If they made it taste better it would be great.

My doctor suggested this product to me and it works so well. Better than any other electrolyte drinks on the market. I love the sugar free version too!

Overall, the product is effective at hydrating, but the taste is a little too salty and artificial. It does what it says but I don't reach for it as much as I might need to due to the taste
