I noticed that my blood sugar actually went up. No other changes in my health were noted.

I had to give this product an extra week to ensure that I am giving my best review. In the first couple of days I started to notice more and more energy. Before I knew It I was happier, feeling better and having regular regular bowl movements. I am more than happy with this product. It is one you can count on.

I haven't felt any difference, good or bad, since starting these. I haven't seen a difference in sugar levels. Easy to swallow. No taste. No aftertaste.

I’ve been taking this product for approximately a week, which I don’t feel is enough time to give an accurate review. The one thing that I have noticed and have been able to gauge is that I do feel I have more energy since starting the supplement. I’ve been taking two pills in the morning and one pill at night, I do not have diabetes or high blood pressure but my family has a history of both, so I thought this would be a good supplement to prevent related illnesses .

Nurture Alley Berberine with Ceylon cinnamon is great. Been taking it for a few days now and feeling great. It helps support heart health, promotes healthy immune system and is a big supporter of gastrointestinal health. I did realize that my husband was getting sick with the flew I had been taking berberine four days before he got sick and I did not get sick. I really do think that it helped my immune system stay strong when it was the best time be be weak. I did not get a nasty after taste. Sometimes when I take capsules form pills I burp up a gross after taste but with Nurture Alley Berberine with Ceylon Cinnamon I did not get that gross after taste at all witch is a HUGE PLUSE FOR ME. I will be visiting my doctors soon and hoping my cholesterol levels is show improvement. As well as helping support my weight,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory blood circulation in my body I’m looking forward to all the great benefits of this drug and getting a awesome job from my doctors. Berberine ,Thank you for letting me try. You can Lose weight on this. I have been I better mood when I wake up. It does help to lower blood sugar. This does help to lower your cholesterol.

I am a type 2 diabetic, so I am always looking for something to help get my numbers to my goal. By taking Berberine, I have noticed a very slight decrease in my blood sugar. However, I also have started having some abdominal discomfort that I don't know is worth it.

i haven't taken the vitamins too long but so far so good. i'll probably keep going since there's no side effects so far.

I really like this product a lot it seemed like it was helping me out with my health problems that I have, it seems like it helped lower my blood sugar. I highly recommend this product it actually made my digestion better also.

These pills are easy on the stomach. I noticed no issues taking them. You are to take 3 a day. So the bottle of 30 will only last 10 days. I am not sure if they really did anything or not. I didn't really notice a difference in how I felt.

I received the Berberine with ceylon cinnamon , the capsules are easy to take, ibsaw a slight drop in blood sugar so longer results look promising.

I haven't noticed much benefit from this supplement. I will continue to take it and see how it goes
