After using this product for 30 day I noticed a drop in my A1C from 7.6 to 7.1. Overall great product to help reduce sugar. It's also used for overall heart health as well as improving immune system!

Unfortunately I experienced an allergic reaction to this product so I had to stop taking it and cannot verify if it helps to lower blood sugars

I’m a Type 2 Diabetic who has been taking Metformin 1000mg Tablets for years. I had also taken Cinnamon supplements (1,000 mg) in the recent past. Nurture Alley’s Berberine with Ceylon Cinnamon beats both of them, when it comes to reducing my blood sugar! In fact, it’s been so effective that I plan to ask my endocrinologist about stopping my Metformin altogether since I think this might be healthier for me. I didn't have to take nearly as much insulin as I usually do at meal times. I did some reading on Berberine and it’s also supposed to be beneficial for high cholesterol and a host of other maladies. Maybe I’m just pumped about it but I could swear that I have more energy, less anxiety, and am in a much more upbeat mood (I also struggle with depression) than I've been, prior to taking this product. I think this supplement might be a new favorite!

Absolutely love these capsules, they fit right In to my daily routine and I've felt much better since trying them, I was a bit hesitant and didn't believe everything they said but I am absolutely wowed by these and would highly recommend them and they will definitely be staying in my daily routine moving forward

I like that the BERBETINE come capsules. They are easy to swallow. There are no after taste. No burping. I like that's its good for the heart. At my age I can get all the help. Love the screw cap

I had a bad experience. I took one capsule the night I received them. The next morning I had diarrhea, extreme gas, and stomach cramps. I didn't take any more and this lasted 3 days. I believe this is good to try it just didn't read well with my body.

I think that it is a great product. Unlike many others, there is no nasty aftertaste & no stomach upset. My glucose levels are down respectably. I think that it is a great and safe add on to my regular medications.

I got these for my father who has type 2 diabetes. However after taking them for 2 days he ended up in the hospital. It wasn't his blood sugar but his kidney numbers shot from a 1.9 to a 6.1. I'm thinking it is just a fluke. As it says it is also for inflammation and many other health benefits Iay look I to trying them myself. I think they are a great idea anday work for some ppl, just be sure you don't have underlying issues.

Nature Alley Berberbine with Ceylon cinnamon pills are simple, easy to use, and works well! They are a medium sized yellow capsule made of literally 3 ingredients, gluten-free, supports heart health, healthy immune system, supports gastrointestinal health, and vegetarian safe. I didn't expect Berberine from Nuture Alley to work but in all actuality it did really well! The only problem i had was the suggestive use of 3 pills daily. I wasn't for sure if that was all at once or at each meal, so I tried them out both ways. I found taking the bernerine pills once at each meal worked well for controlling my blood sugar levels. Taking the pills altogether worked well for the part of the day that I had taken them altogether, but it seemed to not have an effect for the entire day as I needed. Overall they worked well throughout the day keeping my blood sugar numbers down. I definitely recommend trying them out!
