When I followed these instructions, I would get shaky with like jitters and would also get a metallic taste in my mouth. I don’t know if maybe I was not eating enough because even before taking these my appetite was on the decline.

I received the Women's Best Fat Burner supplements and at first I thought it was another diet pill that would cause me to have the jitters. But it didn't. It gave me just enough of a boost to feel awake and focused. I didn't feel hyper at all. I gave it 4 stars because there was a slight off taste. Nor enough to deter me bit it was there. I recommend this product for anyone that wants to have that right amount of energy but not feel altered.

I've been taking 2 of these pills with my lunch for a couple of weeks now and have honestly not noticed any increase of energy or changes in my metabolism. I am not sure 2 weeks is even enough time to fairly review this product, hence my 3 stars. Had I been given a few months to test this product, I may have seen some results. I do have a lot of fat to lose, so I am not against purchasing this product and trying it out for a few months. I love that it green tea extract, as I've been wanting to get more green tea in my diet. I also love that it is gluten free and Vegan friendly, so it is safe for most people. Note: it does contain caffeine, so be aware of that if you have caffeine sensitivities. Like I said, I didn't notice any changes to my energy throughout the day, but that doesn't mean it won't work for you. Try it for yourself and see if it's right for you.

This product is great hands. This product is so amazing and worth it. It also gives you a great boost of energy and I felt great all day. It has made my metabolism go through the roof. I would recommend this product to all my family, friends and colleagues.

I received And was super excited to do so because I have an event to attend in two weeks and had just started doing exercises And needed a great fat burner. I’ve lost so much of my midsection and down 5 pounds in a week!!! I have a month split so after I’m finished I’m getting more!!!!! I highly recommend

These definitely suppressed my appetite, in a good way. Im not as hungry. They do give an energy boost but not the shaking kind of boost. These are good.

This product is a great value. I could definitely feel the caffeine in these pills, but they didn't cause any stomach upset and helped with my appetite suppressen.

The ingredients seem to be natural and things your body needs. The instructions are a little strange. You take two 20 minutes before lunch, but didn’t take them on an empty stomach. I did and got very nauseated. Not sure if there’s any extra energy also not sure if it suppresses appetite but the science says it probably will.

Can't say it necessary had helped with burning fat but can definitely say I did notice I had more energy. I am continuing to try to see if I just need to take longer to notice any big changes but regardless the extra energy is already enough for me to keep taking it

My overall experience so far with testing this Woman's Best Fat Burner dietary supplement is good. I will continue to take these capsules daily until I run out. My experience so far has been that I have felt a huge burst of energy when I take two capsules each day. You definitely want to make sure to eat something before taking these capsules because it will cause nausea or make you feel dizzy. My metabolism is speeded up after taking these capsules. I've noticed my craving for food is not as potent as it was when I wasn't taking these fat burner capsules. I love the energy I get when I take these daily. It gives me enough of a boost where I want to stay active. I've already noticed my body fat has reduced slightly and I have lost 3 pounds so far. It makes me wonder how much fat and weight I can lose when I am finished the entire bottle. I definitely will purchase this brand once I have none left. The only downside is the after taste when you swallow the capsules.

I haven't been taking the Women's Best fat burner for long, but do believe it is working. It seems to suppress my appetite a little. I am really hoping it continues to work.

At first I didn't realize the image was a woman with her hair sideways on the bottle. Reading the ingredients it seems daily natural except I don't know why they added coloring to the capsules. The capsule are large and squishy which means they could have been smaller. It surprising you have to take two for each dose.
