Always a decadent snack

Deep and creamy flavour

Creamy and beautiful flavour
The double cream in this Brie makes the product very smooth. Easy to spread on crackers, fresh crusty bread or tasty on it's own. A favourite in our household. Would definitely recommend this brand of soft cheese.

Soft and buttery
This is a lovely soft brie with a thin rind - it’s got a stronger flavour than traditional brie but it’s a nice texture and if you’ve had Castello before you’ll know what to expect.

Creamy, just the right amount!
I’m a big fan of Castello because they do several great cheeses! This double Brie is so good, creamy and smooth - not too strong. Definitely recommend for anyone trying out Brie for the first time, or just typical Brie fans!

Love the creaminess
Just the right amount for a platter with wine after a tough week. I love this cheese solo or with some sundried tomatoes and prosciutto. It’s one of my weekly staples in the shopping trolley!

My go to for a cheese board
This teipppe cream Brie is my go to when making a cheese board and always the first to be finished, it’s got a perfect creamy texture and the taste is mild but that’s what I personally prefer. Pairs perfectly with anything which is what makes it so fantastic and a crowd favourite

Beautifully creamy
I love this cheese, it's so creamy and beautiful. Makes a cheeseboard just a little bit fancier. Great brand. The truffle falvourd soft white is beautiful also.

Creamy and earthy
A must have on my cheeseboard, this double cream brie is creamy and earthy in flavour and well-liked all round. Definitely on the more pricey-end but I wouldn't look past it when entertaining.

Better than its French cousins!
Whenever I serve a cheese board to guests I've always added my favourite cheese, a very expensive French Brie. Since discovering this amazing cheese, this has become my go-to Brie
