Great shampoo!
I’ve tried many toning shampoos over the years, most have left my platinum blonde hair purple tinged but not this one!!! It actually removed the brassy tones without dying my hair!!

Purple Toning Shampoo - Very Happy!
I have being dying my brown hair blonde for over ten years and have always struggled with finding the right shampoo to keep it from going brassy. I’ve tried so many over the years and finally thought I’d found the best (very expensive) purple shampoo. After receiving the TRESemmé Purple Toning Shampoo I thought I’d give it a go with no real expectations and I was very pleasantly surprised! The shampoo along with the conditioner and mask smell AMAZING and my hair is bright and blonde still, even after a couple of months after going to the salon. The only issue I had with the shampoo was that I needed quite a lot of product to lather in my hair - though I have very thick and porous hair so this could just be a “me” problem!

High pigment and silky smooth
Used this three times in the testing period. Packaging has a matt finish but the shampoo is silky and shiny like my hair after using. High pigment purple seems to maintain my blonde but does not add tone. Doesn’t have a particularly strong scent but is pleasant. Using with the matching conditioner and mask, my hair has been softer, shinier and less dry than usual.

Toning shampoo
Toning shampoo works well definitely bring up the highlights in your hair but I was not able to use it for long enough to have for sure change. No staining of the hands which is definitely a pro. Would recommend again.

TRESemme purple shampoo
The TRESemme purple toning shampoo has great pigmentation, it was good at toning my hair (removed most of the brassiness). It’s not as strong as my hairdresser brand, but one of the best supermarket brands! It also smells delicious!

Wasn't the best
Gave me dry itchy scalp . I wouldn't use as everyday product . I'd use maybe once a week on ends only .

Tresemme purple toning shampoo
I really liked this mask. It left my hair feeling soft and clean for the five days in between washes. The purple removes any light brass tones and I love that it is parables and sulphate free! I will definitely continue using this product until completion. Extra points for the pump pack, definitely increases the ease of use!

Eliminates brassiness
I have been using TRESemme purple toning shampoo for over a week now and in just 3 washes have noticed a change in the brassiness. I did follow up with conditioner and mask which in combination has left my hair feeling soft and hydrated.

Loooooove!
Really love this TRESemmé Purple Toning Shampoo with purple pigment & Coconut Oil! It has the perfect amount of purple pigment and left my brassy blonde hair a lovely shade of blonde, taking away all yellow and brassy tones. The nourishing oils really hydrated my hair - I’ve tried a lot of purple toning shampoos and unfortunately a lot of them leave your hair feeling like straw. This didn’t! The shampoo lathered up and rinsed out well. When used in conjunction with the conditioner and mask in this range - my hair was left in better condition than ever before.

TRESemmé Purple Toning Shampoo
Hair feels so soft and smells lovely. I was surprised at how good it was after a few washes. My hair is usually very dry from bleaching and it was really soft and nice after use of this product. I can wait to use again. I've tried a few purple toning products and I like the feel and smell of this product.

Great smelling lathering shampoo

TRESemmé Purple Toning Shampoo
TRESemmé Purple Toning Shampoo with purple pigment & Coconut Oil was perfect for me to test as my hair is salon coloured copper so as time goes on with copper toned hair it does get brassy with orange and yellow tones. The packaging is great and the actual colour of the shampoo is bright purple which is pleasing the eye. Whilst washing it lathered up well and smelt lovely and even before the conditioner it felt soft.
