No different from any other supplement except...
...holy boulder is this pill huge! Most of the time, I just gave up. When I was successful taking it, I felt no different from when I take my usual multi-vitamins and drink coffee. Just make the pills smaller for an instant improvement. Otherwise, just go with an old fashioned multi-vitamin.

Didn't feel much different

Energy Boost to get the work done.
Great product loaded with benefits for men. Has needed B vitamins and a complex derived from ashwaganda that get you a boost if you feel your energy levels are running low. Its a great product and gets me motivated to do more.

I was a little disappointed when I saw that the bottle only contained enough for two weeks, based upon 2 per day. It seems like it's right around the two-week mark that I would typically start seeing effects of a new supplement regimen. That being said, the caplet was easy to swallow and wasn't chalky, powdery, or in a dissolving gelcap. It contains an assortment of vitamins and herbs, some of which can be found in multivitamins. But there's definitely some ingredients that added "pep"!

Surprising results
I wasn't sure if I wanted to try this during Christmas week but did anyway. I lost 5 pounds over 7 days with hardly any exercise and holiday eating. My energy level was also great. I can't wait to try this when working out regularly and eating better.

Works but don't take late in the day
The first couple of days I used as directed but my big meal is usually supper. Taking the second pill that late kept me up later than I would like. I then switched and took first pill with breakfast and second with lunch. I felt much better at the end of the day and could relax. I did like the boost from the caffeine in the mornings and early afternoon to help get me through the day. I did not change my activity level and I was very surprised and happy that after 14 days I had lost 3.5 lbs. I'm sure if I had changed my diet and exercised more there would be better results. I wanted to know that it was just the supplement doing the work and it proved itself. I would definitely buy Shred and change my eating habits and exercise routine to see how much I really could change my weight and body appearance.

Easy and smooth
Ageless Male Pro-T Shred was delicious item to try since it has allot of protein and you can use blender to mix. The flavor was yummy and it made me want to buy another set to have at work. I will recommend everyone to try it. It was easy to make and easy to consume, no completes on my end.

WOW! This s great!
As you can see, I am not the most photogenic person, but this product was great. It did what it said it would do. I felt good, dropped a couple of pounds and I tightened up in the body where it was loose before. There was no jitter to my nerves and I was able to rest without tension. The weirdest thing was that my hair, which had turned grey, began coming in darker like it had been when I was a lot younger. I am about to turn 70 so I consider that a good thing. As far as the old libido, well...yeah, guys it works.

I used the product has directed and noting really seemed to change or be different. Not sure if it was really doing anything or not. I didn't feel any different or have any boost in energy levels as I have had with some other products.
