Product delivers
This product delivers on what it says it does. I gained better sleep, more energy and started to see weight reduction and improved muscle mass. I think if the trial had been longed I would have seen some amazing results. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone with an active lifestyle seeking the benefits it has to offer.

Not sure "Shred" is an accurate name for this product
I assume it did what it was supposed to do, but I don't look much different than when I started using it. I can't tell that it has harmed me in any way, but I haven't seen any noticeable benefits either.

Could work if being even slightly healthy
Honestly, I took this with no diet and no workout plan in place. I have slipped back to a regimen in which I fall asleep watching TV at night, and have no energy throughout the day. Also, Gaining weight each week. After week 1 of taking shred, I dropped about 3 lbs while still eating out, and doing almost no exercise. The next week, I went off the rails with eating, and gained it back. I still barely fell asleep at night though. The most interesting fact is:: I wasn't jittery and didn't feel caffeinated at all on this supplement. I might pick up a bottle in the future when I'm back to working out and eating right yo see how much it helps. I believe this could help with an added kickstart to weight loss.

Works as said
Although I was only able to get through half of the bottle due to contracting Covid, the 2 wks that I did take it I could tell the difference in my eating habits. I wasn't eating as much per portion as I would before. Also, i felt i had a bit more energy in ther morning when i would go to work

Great stuff!

Shred this fat
I have been using this product for a couple of weeks and the first thing I have noticed is the energy boost after taking it. Energy
I'm 58 years old and started taking Pro-T about two weeks ago. Even with a head cold I had fantastic workouts in the weight room. I'm going to try another bottle to see if I get the same results. Good booster
It's a good booster. Gives you the energy you need for your workout. Within 5 days I started to feel more energized. Warning : do not take on an empty stomach. it hit a little hard. The energy is measurable within days !!!!
