Works well
It works well to keep your tummy less bloated and you do see a difference in how much round your stomach is. You do seem to urinate a lot more so you need to stay hydrated. But I do recommend this to family and friends. I would definitely use this around the time of your period for ladies.

No side effects
I took the product for two days. I had no side effects whatsoever. I did not see a change to my bloating, however I think I was experiencing a food reaction and not PMS symptoms. I will absolutely try again next month at the onset of summer's because I saw no negative effects to the product.

Not for me
I started taking them and really wanted to love the product because I do suffer from a lot of bloat. This may work for others but in my case I have endometriosis and I am in other medications already. I didn’t see a difference and after a couple days I was nauseated and my stomach was constantly hurting.

It was easy to drink and easy to follow instructions on the box it supposed to help with blotting in your stomach I didn’t notice a difference so I can’t really say if it work for me not .but I might try another container and see what happens

On the fence
I felt like the product worked the second thru forth day. I sampled for 4 consecutive days and noticed a slight difference on the second and third day. First day not much and forth day I drank an extra cup of coffee, I drank a cup each day but an extra on the fourth, and had a terrible headache and was a bit dehydrated which I realize was absolutely my fault. Just on the side of caution, would suggest limiting additional diuretics while using and drink plenty of water! My tummy was less bloated. Did cause multiple trips to the restroom, as expected, and a change in urine color. Not sure I’d recommend or not but would say give it a try but it may or may not work for you.

So much lighter
