Leaves hair tangled
I used this product twice before giving my review. I was very excited to try this because I have thin, course hair. The shampoo smells great and lathers good. After I applied the conditioner and got out of the shower my hair was so tangled and I could not run my brush thru it. I had to put in a leave in conditioner to be able to even brush my hair. I definitely will not use this product again.

Makes my hair super soft
I really liked it. It made my hair really soft and silky like. Seemed to rinse out easily without feeling like some was left behind. The smell doesn't seem to stay in your hair very long tho

Not great
It's unfortunate, but this product really didn't do anything good for me. I felt that it didn't remove any of the buildup in my hair (dry shampoo, hair products, etc). And it made my hair feel a lot drier than I would have hoped. It's a great price, but unfortunately i think there are better products out there.

Leaves my hair dry and frizzy
The shampoo and conditioner product combo sounds very appealing. I like how the two is separated rather than 2-in-1 type of product. I also like having “Thick & Full + Biotin & Collagen. This definitely results in having fuller and more volume. However, after several use, this product has left my hair dry and frizzy. I thought using less portion of shampoo and more of the conditioner would help. I get the same results regardless of portion. Am I doing it wrong? Maybe this product isn’t for me. If so, I wouldn’t recommend for someone who’s hair is on the normal-thicker side. Otherwise, good scent and packaging.

Super impressed!
I literally could not wait to shower so I could try out this product! I have heard that biotin and collagen strengthen the hair, make it grow, and thicken it. After using this product for about a month now, I can definitely say that I have some volume that I did not have before! The scent is beautiful and light and airy so nice for someone who maybe doesn't like a super strong smelling shampoo/conditioner.

Lots of Volume!
I really enjoyed the smell and how soft this product made my hair. Their was a visible difference in volume in my hair that lasted all day. If I did a blow-out it lasted longer! I would definitely recommend for someone that has fine and thinning g hair like me!

Great shampoo for everybody
I use the shampoo and conditioner everyday and so does my family .My roommate said her hair is soft and Silky and for me it feels like my hair had a deep condition at the beauty salon. People have noticed my hair and said it is extra shiny. And my knots are also better.
