As a sufferer of anxiety, I always carry a bottle of Rescue Remedy around with my. Why? Because it really works. At times when an anxiety attack strikes, breathing gets tight and my heart starts to race, I simply spray Rescue Remedy directly in my mouth. It doesn't work instantly, but acts straight away and begins the calming process down until about 15-20 minutes later, I realise that I have slowly but surely calmed down. I call this my "best friend in a yellow bottle" because it's always by my side and knows how to support me when I need it.
I’ve found this to be so helpful when stressed or anxious. It uses Bach flowers as a natural remedy instead of pharmaceutical interventions. It’s quick acting as it’s sublingual. Great to have handy.

Jury is out
Over the years I have purchased this product although unsure whether it works for me or not. I have however purchased it for a cat (vet recommendation), who was suffering from severe anxiety and I feel perhaps it left her much calmer.
This is my secret little remedy. It's convenient size allows for it to be carried anywhere. If ever I feel a little stressed, rushed or overwhelmed I use Rescue Remedy and almost instantly feel relieved and more calm. The taste is not amazing but it's also not deterring. It's an essential in my handbag.
Bach Rescue Remedy Spray I have used this product many times through out my life and feel it helps with taking the edge off feeling so overwhelmed and stressed and recommend for anyone who is wanting to try natural remedies

Anxiety Relief
I like trying alternative medicine as sometimes something natural is the answer and the Bach Rescue Remedy Spray is the answer for anxiety relief. I have used this little beauty for years and it always does the job. A few sprays in my mouth and my anxiety melts away. It does have an unpleasant taste but it does do as it states. I like that it's a natural remedy too. I keep one in my bag and one around the house. It always comes in handy.

Love it
I was recommended this by my GP. I found it very helpful in stressful situations. My GP also uses it & puts a few sprays into her water bottle at the beginning of her day just to keep her stress levels down. I use it less often now because I feel that it has done what it needed to do but I still keep it with me.

Great stress reliever
I have used this product for years now and have put many of my family and friends onto it. It really does work and although the taste isn't that great it is well worth trying, after all what have you got to lose? It works within minutes and if you suffer from stress and/or anxiety then this is a must-try item. Once you try it you will never look back.

Calming
Love this spray. I spray it when I start to feel anxious and it certainly does what it says. Always have one in my handbag and in my bedside table. Definitely recommend.
I have always had anxiety and this has helped when I had that big project or social outing. It did relax me with a few deep breaths also.
Does have a weird taste in the mouth but other then that is fine.

Works every time
Have been using rescue remedy for years, definitely helps with nerves (anxiety) and even to calm kids down. Before major events, after trauma or distress, to remove fears, for grounding or relaxation, to calm hyperactive kids, to settle for bedtime. Definitely a MUST HAVE in every first aid cabinet... or leave it sit it on the kitchen bench if that's your style!

I swear by this product!
Not only is this product good for humans, but I also used to use this on my horse who was a very nervous Arabian. When at a show I would spray some onto her tongue and it would calm her down immensly (yes, the vet said it was perfectly safe).
Bach flowers are just amazing!
