Nice
What a beautiful tasting aged cheese. On its own, in sandwiches, melted. It has that nice sharp aged taste that I enjoy rather than plain cheddar. Melts great on pizza and toasties.

Nice and sharp
This is a great cheese that has a nice sharp flavour. Goes great with crackers and in sandwiches and also makes a great melted cheese toastie. This is a good quality cheese at a decent price and it my go to.

Bitey delicious cheese
I love Cracker Barrel. Have been buying this brand for years, and the extra sharp is just amazing. A crumbly bitey cheese that goes beautifully in a toastie or works well on a platter, on a cracker and paired with something sweet like dried fruit.

Fantastic product, great choice for someone who wants a "special" treat. It is a little more expensive than most cheese, but it's certainly worth the price point. It's beautiful in a ham and cheese toastie

The go to Cheddar
This is my go to, every day Cheddar. The perfect crumbly cheese but still slicable. Lots of flavour, salty and bitter. Not over creamy but still melts for the perfect toasty. a weekly buy for me.

Real cheese, with real taste
Full flavour matured cheese, as cheddar should be, not waxy or fatty like others. Always have a block in the fridge. When on special at the supermarket I buy several, use by dates not a problem as it doesn't last that long. Great to cook with.

Great strong taste
This is my favourite hard cheese. I like the way it crumbles and has a strong flavour. It pairs well with cracked pepper crackers, and you only need a small amount of cheese to get flavour. Can use it as an alternative to Parmesan on top of pastas.

Very Strong flavour but tasty
I have purchased this cheese multiple times now as it is reasonably priced for strong-flavored cheese. I found this cheese is best suited for a cheese plater accompanied by other products and it compliments them due to its sharpness. It is nice to add a little to cheese-based meals like mac and cheese as it gives it a little extra kick. Packaging is nice and aesthetically pleasing and high quality.

Very strong!
I love a good cheese, and the Cracker Barrel cheese is perfect on a cheese board or platter! However, I think I found this cheese a little bit to sharp and strong for my liking! Although other people really enjoyed it, so it's up to personal preference.
