A great product that tasted good, felt good when consumed and inevitably gave me that decluttered, good headspace feeling after a couple of days. Very pleased.

I noticed my anxiety and stress levels eased after drinking the powder. The taste is nicely flavoured without being overpowering or leaving an after taste. I found that I was also sleeping better and not waking up in the middle of the night. I would take this again.

Overall the taste of this product was pleasant and it was easy to incorporate in my daily routine. However I did not see or feel a huge amount of difference in stress levels or sleep quality. I think it contributed to some improvement but it was not drastic.

The taste wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be! It’s a fruity fresh flavour. I saw some improvement in my stress levels, however not as great as I had imagined. Would probably buy again if on special.

I did feel more relaxed overall, particularly in the current lockdown environment I was expecting to feel a lot more stress. I had good night sleeps every night, when I usually have toss and turn nights, and I loved the flavour - true to what it says and tasted exactly like the flavours it was supposed too.

This trial came at a perfect time, as the past month and a bit has seen me look pull 10 hour days to look after 2 departments. It's been a very busy and stressful time and I dare say this product has helped keep me level headed. I don't think it helped improve my sleep quality as such, but it do think it played a part in keeping me calm throughout this stressful time. The taste was pleasant and perfect for me as I don't like overly sweet things

I did feel more relaxed while testing the stres support, my sleep got better as well. I got to sleep easier and didn't wake up at night. The taste was good as well, and because it's powder, I didn't have a problem to eat it. The only thing that concerns me is the instruction, it's not specific enough to me. It says to take it with water, but doesn't say if mix with water or drink some water after eating the powder. Overall, I like it and it works

My stress level is down after taking Melrose stress support I can feel the affect of it My sleep is better than ever I don't wake up grumpy I wake up happy and it feels great The product does not taste yucky like other products it's a good taste I would drink or all the time

I feel my overall sleep quality definitely improved. I was showing higher levels of restful sleep on my Apple Watch in comparison to when I wasn’t taking it. Previously I would be around 50% restful but taking the product I was getting 70% restful sleep. It tasted really nice and I had no issues drinking it. My only complaint would be that measuring the amount needed was hard, I would prefer a tablet form for ease of use. I’m not sure if my stress levels reduced as I had a very stressful time at work but I did manage to get through it and my sleep wasn’t affected which is normally the main side effect of stress that I have. I will definitely keep taking the product and will see how I feel after not taking it once it’s finished before I buy again.

I have noticed a significant reduction in my stress levels since taking Melrose Stress Support. I work full time, study full time and have 2 children so life can get a bit hectic and I have probably never felt better since taking this support. I didn't love the taste of the product but I have also had worse and it is bearable especially since it was such a big help to my stress levels. I will continue to use this product.

The melrose Stress Support powder was enjoyable, however I don’t yet feel a drop on stress but I think there are other factors. My sleep has been better, and the taste was very nice - would recommend to try!

I felt this product definitely had a calming effect and I noticed it particularly as times are stressful during Covid lockdown and having to home school 2 primary school kids. Some days I felt more stressed then others. Unfortunately I didn't find the product helped with sleep, but I suffer really badly from poor quality of sleep as it is. The taste was better then I expected! Definitely tastes better then it looks!

I noticed a reduction in my overall stress levels and sleep! Through out the day I felt less agitated and more calm. And it was much easier for me to get to sleep, with a reduction in waking up through out the night. The taste was really yummy and super easy to drink.
