Healthier snack with only 100calories!
The popped lotus seeds are a bit small but they have a lovely crunch and are quite filling. Much healthier than potato crisps. At only 100cal, it’s a nice snack that you won’t feel guilty about!

These were out of this world I genuinely didn’t think they could taste so good the flavour didn’t impress me when I bought them but I was hungry and that’s all they had but the best decision I made they are delicious

Really nice!
Great as a snack or with your lunch. Could easily eat more than one bag. It’s not too filling and very moorish. Could fill the bag a little more. Definitely recommend!

Great snacks.
Love the name. That's what first caught my eye which is great idea. Snacks are nice and salty but not over powering. Would recommend if you'd like a salt flavour snack.

Healthy snacking
Nice alternative healthy snack to the standard crisp, will be purchasing again. Shame that most supermarkets do not stock it and I have to keep an eye on local shops to me which luckily do!!
