Not for me
After being recommended this from a friend to give to our shihtzus daily to help with their diet and health issues.I bought some and tried to give them a small amount on there licky mat and they sniffed it and walked away. So I thought I would try it and it's got a very sour taste to it and does leave a bitter aftertaste in the mouth its not something I would eat on its own again I suppose mixed in with granola it would balance the sourness. Also I did find the yoghurt extremely runny I did think it would be a lot thicker.

Takes a little getting used too
I tried this for adding essential good bacteria to my gut health. Honestly it does take some getting used to as an odd fizzy taste when you first try. I feel hss improved my health and hopefully I will feel.the benefits tooo.

Taste delicious
I was told to switch to kefir diet due to digestion issues and so I switched to more organic and kefir diet I feel better and it tastes good. It is creamier and softer but a bit bitter but I prefer this to endure my health is better

Not as weird as expected!
My doctor brother recommended Kefir for my health. I was nervous about the taste but this was lovely - reminded me of the French yoghurts we used to have on family holidays, slightly sourer taste than our regular ones. Great with breakfast or an alternative to ice cream with puddings.

Amazing
I’d never heard of kefir until I went on a visit to yeovalley On trying it i was hooked it’s very creamy and tasty I actually prefer it to normal yoghurt as I seemed to settle my stomach issues I now but it regular you also have Yeo points if you register on the sire we’re you can trade the points for competitions etc for me I feel I’m saving on food Miles aswell as yeovalley is local to me

great for gut microbiome health
I started eating this after struggling to improve my gut biome and since eating a small amount of this each day my gut has been a lot happier and healthier. I would definitely recommend this

Nice keffir
I loved this. I dont notice.l the diference between this and their yoghurts. But i like it regardless.

Lovely taste!
I love this kefir, the texture is very nice to add it to my muesli or granola and the flavour is very delicate....super good ingredients and the price is ok...I buy this very often and me and my husband love it!

Great for my stomach
I suffer from IBS and kefir really helps me.Normally kefir can be a little bit bitter and sour so having it in a yoghurt is so much nicer and tastier.I also give it to my dog as it’s good for them too

Great healthy product
I use this with homemade granola in the mornings and it works really well and is super gut friendly. It's got a creamy consistency and it's taste may seem a little sharp if you're not used to it, but mixing fruit in works well

Very nice
A nice fresh flavour and good for promoting healthy gut bacteria. Nice to eat plain or you could add some fruit to it. I much prefer being able to get kefir in this yogurt form as I do not like milky drinks so this product is ideal.

Tasty and healthy
I wasn't sure how to feel about the idea of kefir so gave it a go as I know how healthy it is for your gut. I really enjoyed the taste and felt lighter afterwards. Definately reccomend.

Kefir natural yoghurt
I actually bought this as thicker than most and used it to make a lasagne as more healthy than the bottled white sauce when I use yoghurt both my partner and daughter said yuck but surprisingly tried the lasagne and ask when I can buy more yoghurt to make another
