SO GOOD. I have tried a few varieties from Highkey, and while I have enjoyed them all, I find these vanilla wafers to be my favorite. Not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing haha! I love these! I am partial to vanilla, and I find these to have a very natural vanilla taste. Perfectly sweet, and has a soft, almost chewy texture. Small enough to pop in mouth whole, or just large enough to get two bites from it. I may make ultra mini ice cream sandwiches using these next time I make ice cream.I like vanilla wafers from any brand or dietary style, and I like these Highkey vanilla wafers the best out of all wafers I have ever tried. So not only my favorite Highkey cookie, but also my favorite vanilla wafer!!These cookies really hit the spot. And I am very thankful that the bag indicates the amount of calories and other nutritional information on it for both a single serving, and entire bag. These aren’t the worst keto cookies out there, but they’re not the greatest either. They’re crispy and have a slight vanilla flavor, but the artificial sweetener is strong and leaves a cooling effect which I don’t like. They’re also very expensive for a small bag.
Pretty good
Are these the best treats I’ve ever had? Perhaps not, but for a keto-friendly product these taste pretty good and let me satisfy a craving guilt-free, so I keep repurchasing these wafers.

These have a great taste for being a low carb snack. Highly recommend if on keto lifestyle.
Low carb but contains erythritol
There's a bit of false advertising as the ingredients contain erythritol which is artificial not good for those on a keto diet. They are available at many grocery stores and online retailers, such as Walmart and Amazon and relatively inexpensive compared to other varieties.

Among all keto treats those cookies are really great and I like the taste.
Disgusting
I tried 2 wafers and almost spit them out. Dry and crumbly texture with an artificial lasting taste. I ended up feeding the rest to my family's dogs.

These have been drastically changed.
I have bought this Vanilla wafer flavor of High Key cookies for years. They were similar to regular vanilla wafers - but not any more. They were unavailable for a few months & I was so glad to see them back. But when I opened them they do not look or taste the same at all. Hard & lumpy with a weird texture & color. Yuck. Never again.
