I don't eat these as much as I used to but they make a great snack when you're on the go or just in a pinch when you want something quick to take the edge off that hunger while waiting for your next meal. Peanut butter is also a great source of iron and protein if you're not getting enough of either one. It pairs good with a glass of milk if you're someone that's a milk drinker.
