does the job
First I like that this doesn't smell too strongly and doesn't have a lingering chemical/overpowering smell. I definitely feel like my face seemed more hydrated after using this and it felt like all of my pores were being cleaned, without a harsh burn or stinging. This didn't cause me to break out of give me a rash and my skin looks nice!

Nice and refreshing
Alcohol free so it left my face feeling so soft and refreshing. It's fragrance free which I live bc there's no extra chemicals. Helps maintain natural moisture in these dry winter months.

Not drying at all
I absolutely love this alcohol free toner from Neutrogena. I received this complimentary from home tester and Neutrogena im exchange for my honest opinion. I love that it's 100% fragrance free. It's not drying at all . Makes my skin feel very clean . I use after cleansing my face and it takes off any left over makeup I would recommend this.

My face is happy
This toner is used after my face is washed and dried before I put any other product on my face. It works well with getting any left over gunk off the face. It’s alcohol free so it’s not harsh and wont strip away my natural dew. Over this product was amazing. Very cost friendly and a great size! I’d highly recommend this to anyone and their face routine.

Amazing toner!!!!
I can’t say enough about this toner, and how it made my skin feel. First of all, I’m a mom of two young children. So there are sometimes when I don’t wear any make up for the day, but I want to feel fresh at the end of it. This toner is perfect for that, and because it’s alcohol free..it doesn’t dry out my skin. It leaves the natural moisture intact, while cleansing my face just enough to make me feel fresh. I even use it on the top of my back where I tend to get clogged pores. It works!!!

Perfect balance for my skin
This toner works amazing on my skin! Other products mostly always leave my freshly cleansed face feeling super dry and tight, but not this. It absorbs quickly without leaving behind any dryness or the opposing greasy residue. No harsh alcohol smell either. I’m able to apply moisturizer right afterwards without having to wait for my toner to fully absorb onto my skin.

Neutrogena Toner Review
I found no difference in the appearance of blackheads or breakouts after using this products. Being older, I have mostly stopped getting daily breakouts but still suffer from blackheads around and on top of my nose. This product did not help with them. I would have been unhappy had I spent money on this product instead of receiving free for a trial.

It's good
It is very easy to use because it is alcohol-free and has no fragrance. Even though it is so smooth that it looks like water, it moisturizes it properly and I think it can be used with any skin type.

Nice addition to skincare
This toner is refreshing and it adds a little extra to my skincare. I like to splash it on to my skincare after a shower and it doesn’t dry it out. I’d recommend since it’s an affordable and accessible toner.

Great toner
I got to try out Neutrogena’s Alcohol Free Toner in exchange for a honest review. I tried it out for over a week and still using it, and I think this works really well for my skin. I use it right after washing my face to get any leftover makeup and what not off my face. Leaves my skin very clean and looking very nice and dewy.

Just okay
This does not sting at all which I really appreciate. But I didn’t feel that it helped get my skin any cleaner. I also didn’t feel like it exfoliated. It may be better for extremely sensitive skin.
