Berberine for the tummy and heart
I feel a bit more energized and I've definitely noticed my gut health has gotten better. I have much less upset and less gas from foods. I have noticed that my blood sugars seem to be more stable. As for heart health and immunity, only time will tell. I'm definitely buying more.

Pills
Pills were a little to big for me to get down. But once i did i felt it helped curb my appetite and also possibly help with my blood sugars. I think the fact that the cinnamon is in it helped.

Very strong!
I took this 1 pill every single day but every time it blew my stomach up! Excessive diarrhea even when I lowered the doage to 1 pill every two days. It would've been wonderful product if it wouldn't cause diarrhea. So far I only take this once a week with dietary fibers to prevent that from happening

Berberine for the win
I like the berberine. I have type 2 diabetes and taking this daily has helped level out my blood sugars as well as lower them throughout the day. My sugars have been better than ever with taking this supplement.

No difference at two weeks
My husband,who is a type 2 controlled diabetic has been taking Nuture Alley Berberine for just two weeks. He has not notice any difference in his blood sugar levels or energy levels. Maybe after a four week period, we will have a better understanding on this product. He did mention the pills are cumbersome to swallow and three at a time was more than anyone would want. After four weeks, he will have blood work done and see if any changes are noticable by the professionals.

Not Great But Ok!
I received this product as a free sample. For the most part I did not really notice a significant difference in my blood sugar. The only difference I notice was the flatulence unfortunately.

Easy to take
I received this product in exchange for my honest review. I usually take a cinnamon supplement to help with my blood sugars. I tried these they seem to work they are easy to swallow have a slight cinnamon flavor when swallowing but they didn't have an after taste . I will use these again .

Heart healthy Berberine
I have to start by saying I was a bit sceptical about this, because everyone says their products are what really works. However, after taking them for 7 day's I can tell the difference. I had went to get my cholesterol checked not long befor I had taken them. At my recent appointment my levels have gotten better. Now not a drastic change but a change. I will continue to take them and feel better, because they work.
