Easy dandruff free.
Very nice for an anti-dandruff product. Shampoo coverage was amazing, very little required to cover entire head and created a good bubbly lather that made it easy to work into the scalp. Left my hair and scalp feeling great and very comfortable with no sign of any dandruff.

Clean and Fresh
The fragrance was lovely, it's a kinda fresh smell and not too overpowering. The shampoo made my hair feel really clean and after washing I saw less flakes (as I think I use too much hot water in other washes due to the weather) which always left my scalp realy dry. This shampoo was a treat to my scalp and will continue to use to get rid of the flakes.

Burn baby burn!
I really did not like this product. The menthol was so strong it felt like it was burning my scalp. When I put the conditioner on my shoulders felt like they were burning where my hair was hanging down. I’m sure I would have developed a rash if I left it on longer. My husband didn’t mind it though.

Cool and refreshed
Only needed a small amount of Head and Shoulders Cool Menthol Shampoo, a little made lots of lather it smelt nice, and fresh not over powering. left my hair very cool and refreshed.

Good for dandruff, but slightly oily.
Although I found the shampoo to be cooling on my head and scalp, and (I think) helping to reduce the dandruff (only had a chance to wash hair twice), it also seemed to be a bit oily. I originally tried shampooing, then conditioning, but my hair dried oily, then I stuck my head back in the shower and just used the shampoo, with a slightly better result. It was only when I shampooed yet again, but with my normal shampoo, that it dried without looking oily. Not sure if it's just my hair, or the shampoo, but the same thing happened the second time I used it as well. I'm keen to keep using it, if it does keep the dandruff under control, but I would have to use a normal shampoo afterwards as well.

Effective and Refreshing
The Head and Shoulders Cool Menthol Shampoo cleanses the hair well and is effective in reducing dandruff. I like the fragrance too. It also leaves a cool sensation, which took me by surprise when I first used it. This cooling sensation will be very refreshing during summer!

My fresh head
When I used head&shoulders shampoo I thought it was great for me , it left me feeling very refreshed and vibrant, I love the smell of the shampoo, and most important my scalp didn't feel dry anymore and my hair was soft, I would recommend this to anyone that does have scalp problems, in fact I have told my daughter about it and she is now using it, she has a very dry scalp and she is very happy with the results as well and will continue to buy it from now on.
