Hairitage To The Max Maximum Hold Styling Gel

This gel was able to hold my thick heavy curly hair in place for an entire work day without making my hair appear crusty

The hair gel worked good for my hair goals. I really enjoy gels because you can work it into your hair to add volume and actually stays . Also after applying the gel doesn’t harden, that was my main concern really but it didn’t, it actually made my hair very soft and it smells so great like fruits which I was impressed usually you smell some chemicals but not at all very fruitful sent. Almost this worked really nice giving some volume to my hair. It’s a great styling gel if you want to add a little volume or maintain frizz without flaking. My hair type can get dry but there was no flakes or drying flakes also I’m very happy because there are no sulfates, phthalates, Parabens, silicons, gluten or mineral oil found in this styling gel and it’s vegan friendly, color safe and cruelty free my hair loved it . Also Enjoying this whole brand so far.

Love how it holds my hair in place. It's a little strong on the scent. Very 40+ yrs old smell to it. But great product otherwise.

It smells good and it holds the style really well and it washs out easy

I was excited to try Hairitage Maximum Hold Styling Gel, I have long curly hair and need a strong gel to hold my curls. It had a mild smell that wasn't overwhelming. The gel went on smoothly and didn't feel too tacky. I followed the directions but it, unfortunately, didn't hold my curls as I hoped. The description does say that it's good for short hair, sleek ponytails, and updos, so I'm not surprised it didn't do exactly what I wanted it to. I then restyled my hair in an updo and it did a great job of holding the style in place.

This stuff works really well. It also smells good. I used to on an updo and used to help tame my hair just in a ponytail.

I have long curly hair and I found that using this product weighed down my curls and made my hear look greasy. I let my husband try it to spike his hair, and he said that the hold was not strong enough and his hair was flat within 30 minutes of leaving the house. I think for the right hair type & right hair style this could be a very good product, but it just did not work for my husband nor I. He did say, however, that he really enjoyed the scent of the product.

I love the smell. I also love the packaging (the color included). But the gel isn’t for kinky hair. I have 3C-4B hair and it barely held a thing. It may workout better for 2A-3B hair possibly. I wish it would’ve worked but I was left with barely any definition, no hold, and plenty of frizz. I tried it Alone, with oil, and with a leave in. The leave in combo worked the best but wasn’t enough.

Nice hold without flaking. Definitely would recommend.

This is a max hold gel. It really does hold well. It has a great scent. I liked the product alot. I will buy it in the future. And do highly recommend it to anyone needing a good styling gel.

This gel is really great for styling maximum strength styles, but it is not great for curly hair. I have curly hair, used this gel and my hair looked great immediately after it dried...however, after I woke up the next morning, my hair looked horrible. Since the gel is such a strong strength, I am unable to restructure the curls. Now my hair just feels thick, gritty and dirty.

First of all, I LOVE how it is Paraben, silicon, vegan, and cruelty free. This styling gel is super light, which is great because it doesn’t weight my curls down. It also smells fantastic which is important to me. However, the amount of product you receive is tiny, especially if you use the CGM (curly girl/guy method). I estimate it will likely last me 3-4 uses. That being said, if you don’t use a lot of gel in your hair, absolutely buy this!! If it wasn’t for the amount you get for the price you pay, this may be my holy grail gel. Unfortunately, I just can’t justify buying a product that only lasts me 3-4 times.

I received and tried Hairitage To The Max Maximum Hold Styling Gel from Home Tester Club. I have medium length wavy hair and the directions said it was best for short hair. I used this product on my wet hair even though the directions were for dry clean hair. The scent was a little too strong for me, hold wasn't a maximum hold like I was expecting. I tried this again on dry hair and again the hold was not firm.

Worked quite well to hold but I personally prefer softer creme gels

Nice styling gel with a pleasant smell. Works great on my fine hair.
