Great Toner & After Effects
I would buy this on my own dime. I have a thorough face washing routing and I switched out my witch hazel to this for a week. The results were quite impressive. My facial skin felt revitalized more so than with the WH, so much that I've quit using the WH all together & just picked up another bottle of this. Hands down, a great product!

Overall good toner
Totah was very light on the skin, I did not feel any sensitivity, rashes, or burning. The smell was also very light, no chemical smell or fragrant. The toner also worked well with my other skin routine products. There was no stickiness or residue after applying the product. However, I had to be very careful as somewhere we came to my eye when I was applying, which burns up slightly. It was more of a user error, the product itself was good.

Great product
Great toner. Cleanses hydrates and leaves your skin feeling plumped. Its not harsh on the skin since it is alcohol free. Good for sensitive skin.

Pleasant scent but not effective
Neutrogena alcohol free toner was indeed free of alcohol. It did not cause any type of sting or burn with use on my face. This lightly scented toner slightly cleaned my face, but I still had many traces of makeup left. I had to go back several times before the makeup was all gone. I was only using eyeliner, eyeshadow and blush. On separate occasions, I washed my face with soap and water to remove powder blush but the toner did not remove the leftover traces. I would not use this toner again.

Like Water
This toner is very gentle and doesn't dry out my skin. I love that it is fragrance and alcohol free. It's like using water. It did a great job of cleansing my pores without making my skin feel dehydrated.

Works great
The Neutrogena Skin Toning lotion works great. I love how easy it was to use and the clean fresh smell. I have since added it to my skincare routine. I have noticed my skin is smoother, clear and super soft. Great product for aging skin.

Safer alternative
I have been loving this toner cause there is no alcohol or hazardous ingredients in it. It leaves my skin refreshed and soft every morning. The Yuka app rates this 93/100 Excellent so it’s safe to use.

Does the Job, Without the Drying
I am not a fan of using toner because it always leaves my skin very dry, and uncomfortably tight. Neutrogena Alcohol Free Toner is a bit of a game changer. From the first use, to every subsequent use, my skin has been left refreshed and still moisturized. I haven’t noticed any real changes in my skin since I started using this product, but it feels nice, so I will probably continue to use it.

Clean and refreshing !
I received Neutrogena Alcohol-Free Daily Face Toner as part of a product test and enjoyed using it! Because there is no alcohol, it gently cleans my skin without the harsh burning that normal toners have. I also like that this is hypoallergenic and scent free without unnecessary chemicals!

Cleansed and balanced my skin
I was pleasantly surprised at how the toner removed access makeup left behind from my normal cleansing routine. It left my skin very soft and smooth. Great on sensitive skin as well!

Looks like it will work
I like the idea of an alcohol-free toner because it's not drying or stripping the natural wiz of your skin but it is getting a cleaned and toned. I recommend this product.

Works great
I have used this toner everyday. I like that it doesn’t have alcohol in it, because I felt like it felt a lot better on my skin. I recommend putting it on cotton pads since it comes out rather quickly. I will keep using this formula.

Fresh and toned
I was all around, very pleased with this product. This alcohol free toner was the perfect product to use before layering on my skin care. I do use prescription skincare, so I have to be careful about what I put on my face before I lay on my treatment. There is no burning or irritation. Typically around my mouth and my nose, I get dry and flaky during the winter months. This is Also, a great product to use in the morning in lieu of washing your face. OK I need to add a photo
