Speed Baseball
This is a cool tool for my 11 YO son to use with his friends outside. It feels lighter than a regular baseball so I’m unsure if it will work as a training tool. I would still recommend it as something fun for the kids!

My opinion i think is a real great ball to practice pitching never seen a ball like this till i received it ,it tells you the mph you trow on a small lilttle screen i think is great and my son loves it

Fun for the kids!
Overall the product is very decent but I wouldn't fully rely on it. The weight is actually similar to a real baseball but the leather that was used gives it a toy-like feel. I found it offered decent speed estimates. And most children would really enjoy playing with this toy.

It's as bad as the reviews say. For a novelty it's fine. Not accurate. We used it to see velocity changes and never payed attention to the actual number because we knew it wasn't right. If you take the novelty into consideration it was fun while it lasted. Took the battery out and the end of the season and put a fresh one in the spring. Would not turn on. Not worth the money. Only reason I gave a 4 star is because when we got it, it didn't work. The battery was dead and we had to replace it. Otherwise my grandson loves it. He has been in baseball since he as 5 years old. He is now 15 and has been pitching mostly the last 2 years. It is accurate because he has been officially clocked.

Accurate, but slightly frustrating
My husband was a college ball player and now coaches our kids’ leagues. We’re starting to work on fast pitch so this came in handy. The speed was accurate (we have a radar we used alongside to verify) but the inside of the hall and the leather outside were not centered on each other making the screen slightly off center and the battery difficult to access (which is needed to initially start it up). It’s also quite a bit softer/lighter than a regulation baseball so it’s not perfect. But overall it works great for our needs and the kids are loving having a tangeable thing to throw and access their abilities.

Great Coaching Tool
I love the SKLZ Bullet Ball! It’s an awesome help to any coach or person helping to train in baseball. It’s super easy to use, you just turn it on and throw your fastest pitch. The Bullet Ball has a small screen on the front which will tell you how many mph the ball was pitched. Our team used to hate pitching practice now they love it. They all want to see how fast they can throw.

Good concept but didnt work as expected
Overall, the product is usable for most people, especially kids, but I would trust it completely. The ball feels nice and is weighted just like a standard ball. I didn't exactly like the fake leather material as it made it feel like a toy foam ball that happened to be weighted just like a regular baseball. When using the product, the ball would sometimes work well and other times not. I had a speed gun at my school that I used to test the accuracy, and it was close at times, but at different times, it was over ten mph off. The product works well enough to give you a good idea of how fast you are throwing and would be perfectly fine for most kids. The screen I thought it was hard to find and catch the ball because of how small it is and hard to see when it's very sunny outside.

My son thought this was one of the coolest things he has ever used! Which is absolutely the truth it can tell how fast your throwing the ball each and every time you throw it. So each time he uses it he try’s to out so it every time!

Sports Lovers Dream
Super fun way to see how fast you can throw the ball. Adults and kids enjoyed using it. Not heavier than an average baseball and easily displayed speed. Would definitely purchase this as a gift to give a young child or teen.

Great product
This was awesome. The kids had a blast with it. They played with it for hours. Competition to see who could get the best time, and the quality was great. It is durable. And withstood elements very well. Highly recommend
