Restart Button Scalp Exfoliator

I love the idea of the Restart Button Scalp Exfoliator. It has a scalp massager right on the cap of the exfoliator tube. While the actual product seems to work well by using a face scrub-like cream to remove any buildup, the massager is too small and hard to use. I think if this came with a scalp massager that had a larger surface area, even if it were not attached to the tube, it would work and feel a lot better.

I really like this product as a biweekly scalp exfoliator. It is effective in scrubbing away buildup. I definitely recommend it. I got a grain in my eye once unfortunately, but was able to rinse my eye out right away. Otherwise, I'm very happy with this product.

It's definitely easier if someone else applies the exfoliator to your hair or you apply it for someone else. My first time using this I just tried it out in the shower and it was getting tangled in my long, wavy hair. The next time I had someone else apply it for me. In some places it hurt a little, in others it felt amazing. After washing, my scalp and hair have never felt cleaner. It also made my hair look and feel even thicker than it already is.

Ive been wanting to try a scalp exfoliator for awhile . This one was a little hard to use because I couldn't tell if product was coming out when I was squeezing the tube. Then the brush part wasn't good enough for my hair. Perhaps I have too much , it is thick / coarse. Though I wanted to use the brush part because I felt like that would help with the experience, I ended up taking the top off and squeezing the product on my finger tips and rubbed my scalp in circular motions. It took a a handful of rinsing , the small exfoliant beads did not want to rinse out. Even after I still felt some through my hair when it was dry.

I've tried a bunch of scalp exfoliator/scaler type products before and this one is unique because it comes with a built-in brush for working the product into the scalp. I really like the convenience of that and it feels nice to use.

I loved my experience with Restart Button Scalp Exfoliator. It gave my hair such volume afterwards and made my scalp feel renewed and rejuvenated. My only critique is that I felt like the bristles should be a little softer for a gentler application.

It definitely was very useful for helping with scalp for sure but for how my hair was left feeling was not soft but feeling not so nice.But my scalp was left feeling very good and itch free and was very refreshing.

Omg I love this scalp Exfoliator!! It smells so good. Like Papayas or some wonderful fruit. It's very light scent though, nothing overwhelming. It is just like a face scrub but for your hair! It got rid of all the conditioner build up and well as the dirt and grime on my scalp. My head felt clean and refreshed after using. My hubby is bald and absolutely loves it!! It leaves his head soft and so clean. Made a noticeable difference in the look of his head. I think I'm gonna have to fight him to get it back lol. The applicator is not the greatest. So a little tip. Unscrew the cap, squeeze out a small amount of product. Apply to scalp then use the soft nubby tipped scrubber. Works much better! Totally innovative so I give her 2 thumbs up for the awesome packaging! Would recommend for sure!

I tend to get oily scalp the day after I wash my hair, so the Restart Button Scalp Exfoliator was the perfect product to incorporate into my daily hair washing routine. I liked how the bottle included an exfoliating brush head to use along with the product to make sure that the product is applied correctly. After following the exfoliator with a shampoo and rinse, I could tell that my normally heavy hair was more light and not weighed down with product residue that it normally has. Overall, I am very pleased with the results that I got from Restart. Since I especially suffer from a scalp that gets oily very easily, this product is something that will encourage my scalp to get healthy and clean. I never thought of using a product specifically for my scalp, but it makes sense, that a healthy scalp will contribute to healthy hair. I found positive results from my use of this exfoliator and will continue to incorporate this in my self care.

The Restart Button Scalp exfoliator is something I wanted to try since I hear that it is often a good idea to exfoliate dead skin from the scalp so that the hair follicles underneath can thrive. I find that my hair and scalp may have built up from the moisturizing shampoos and conditioners that I used over a period of the time. sometimes that may leave a heavy waxy built up on the bottom of the follicles. i would recommend using this maybe once every few months since I feel that it's all I needed

This product was kinda difficult to use, it didn’t move in your hair very well. The plastic bristles were very stiff and kinda pointy so sometimes it would hurt my scalp a bit, since my scalp can be kinda sensitive. If this had a better applicator I might have liked it a bit more. It was just hard for me to use and I didn’t really notice much of a difference.

Overall, I really liked this Restart Button Scalp Exfoliator! I generally have an itchy scalp without dandruff so I really looked forward to seeing how it would work. It was hard to know exactly how much to put on. It does contain apricot seeds and those definitely took a while to get all rinsed out of my hair. The rubber teeth that were used to massage the scalp also seemed to get stuck somewhat in my hair. A firmer tooth would have been better I think. But after application there is a slight cooling sensation for the scalp which is great. I would say some of my scalp discomfort overall improved after use and it seemed even better after the second use. It did not completely remove my scalp itchiness for very long though. Overall I enjoyed using this product and will continue to do so!

I have enjoyed using the Restart Button Scalp Exfoliator. Its comb allows me to massage the exfoliator onto my scalp. The combs are gentle against my skin. The scent is pleasant.

This product is spectacular. It has long little “fingers” on the top of the bottle and apricot seeds that exfoliate and massage your scalp to lift away product build up, dry skin, dirt, and anything else that takes the life out of your hair. It has a light floral scent. It’s also free from SLS and SLES’s and a list of everything else u don’t want in a product. The entire line is cruelty free and vegan.

I was actually quite surprise with the Restart Button Scalp Exfoliator. I did not think it would make a difference in how my scalp was (dry and flaky), but to my surprise my scalp is no longer flaky and not as dry as it usually is. It leaves my scalp feeling fresh. I would definitely recommend this to someone looking to try something new to give their scalp a little extra TLC and feel better then it does without it. Only suggestion would be that a better applicator/bottle be used in order not make it difficult to use (can be hard to handle due to the way it comes in a tube making it a bit cumbersome while working the exfoliator throughout your scalp).
